About The Position
Our Sales & Education Executives execute best-in-class relationship-building, training, sales competencies, events, business analysis, and store-level inventory and merchandising management for their territories. They have passion for skincare and demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude, a reputation for commitment and follow-through, and excellent skills in communication, organization, and time management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and educate in stores to hit and exceed sales goals for the territory
  • Strategize and maximize monthly store visit and call cycle schedule to drive the business, and focus on top performing stores
  • Execute education and event initiatives and exceed sales goals
  • Develop and build strong relationships with SEPHORA key leadership roles that will create business opportunities and brand support
  • Build impactful store-by-store action plans to address store needs and support sales goals regionally
  • Provide clear and valuable feedback to  leadership on sampling, education, products, and overall opportunities in your market

Requirements

  • Based in SF BAY AREA
  • Able to commit to 50-70% travel schedule
  • Must have a passion for skincare
  • Flexibility regarding work hours: evenings and weekends is required.
  • Able to reliably commute to stores four days a week
  • Minimum 3+ years of retail, sales, and/or beauty industry experience, preferably in skincare at an AE/SEE level
  • Positive, professional, and enthusiastic presence
  • Strong product knowledge, brand messaging, training, and selling
  • Ability to create a strategic calendar and call cycle for 20-30+ door count markets
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; email and phone skills essential
  • Ability to take strategic action based on analysis of business results + priorities
  • Basic computer skills a must: Excel, Zoom, Outlook/Gmail email + calendar management
  • Self-motivated, committed, and goal-oriented
  • Energetic and passionate with an entrepreneurial, flexible spirit
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship from employer. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Compensation & Benefits:

The total compensation range for the Sales & Education Executive, based in San Francisco (Bay Area), is $70,000 to $85,000 per year including base salary+commission.
