Duration: 3 months, with possibility of extension
Compensation: $17 per hour + performance-based bonuses

We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven, and creative individuals to join our team as Influencer Gifting Interns. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty and influencer marketing world, help drive brand awareness, and contribute to exciting campaigns that reach new audiences.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Reach out to influencers via DM and email to introduce them to EADEM and our products.
Track and manage influencer outreach using our CRM tools.
Coordinate the gifting process, ensuring influencers receive the right products and packaging.
Follow up with influencers to nurture relationships and encourage product mentions or posts.
Provide weekly reports on outreach progress, influencer responses, and campaign results.
Stay updated on influencer trends and assist in brainstorming new outreach strategies.

Requirements:

Must be based in NYC and able to work part-time (20 hours per week) onsite at EADEM’s Brooklyn office in Williamsburg
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer culture.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time efficiently.
Passionate about beauty and skincare.
