The role & what you’ll do:

EADEM is hiring its first NYC-based Sales & Education Executive, and in this role you’ll be the face of the brand in Sephora stores across NYC, driving awareness and sales, building relationships, and bringing our products to life through education and events. You’ll own your territory, strategizing store visits, executing initiatives, and strengthening partnerships with key Sephora leaders to maximize EADEM’s brand impact.  If you are an out-of-the box thinker, passionate about building relationships, and want to be a core part of EADEM’s mission to elevate inclusive skincare, this role is for you.

  • Sell, drive awareness, and educate EADEM’s brand and products in stores to hit and exceed sales goals for the territory (~20 doors in NYC & 1 in Jersey City, NJ)
  • Strategize and maximize monthly store visit and call cycle schedule to drive the business, and focus on top performing stores
  • Execute education and event initiatives and meet/exceed sales goals
  • Develop and build strong relationships with Sephora key leadership roles that will create business opportunities and brand support
  • Build impactful store-by-store action plans to address store needs and support sales goals regionally
  • Provide clear and valuable feedback to leadership on sampling, education, products, and overall opportunities in your market
  • Collaborate with fellow Sales and Education Executive (LA) and EADEM team on strategy 
  • Present EADEM’s brand and product to influencer audiences (virtually/in-person)

What it takes / About you:

We’re looking for a skincare enthusiast with a deep love for the industry and passion for EADEM's mission to redefine beauty through science and inclusivity. With 3+ years of experience in beauty/skincare ideally at an AE/SEE level, you know your products inside and out and how to educate, inspire, and sell. You know your market and have existing relationships with Sephora stores.  You’re a pro at crafting strategic calendars and call cycles across multi-door markets, and quick to take action based on business insight.  

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable, you bring an entrepreneurial spirit to everything you do.  You don’t approach your responsibilities in a traditional sense; you’re always thinking of creative ways of getting things done and not afraid to try new things. You bring an energy that is professional, positive, and inspiring, which is fueled by communication skills that are top notch and consistent; whether in person, over email, or on the phone, you get the message across no matter who you’re connecting with and you do it in a timely manner. Organization and time management are your superpowers, ensuring every visit, training, and event runs smoothly. Most importantly, you bring serious follow-through - when you commit to something, you get it done. 

Additional Role Requirements:

  • Based in NYC; able to commit to traveling to stores in NYC boroughs and New Jersey location
  • Working days will include Wednesday - Sunday and holidays as required
  • Experience managing freelancers preferred
  • Comfort in Excel is a must
  • Experience with Zoom, Outlook/Google Suite + calendar management, Slack
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Compensation & Benefits:

The starting annual base salary is $65,000 - $70,000.  Eligible for additional monthly bonus, contingent on meeting sales targets as part of total compensation.
